School Endowment Fund
The St. Monica Parish School Endowment Fund was established as part of the 75th Capital Campaign. The Endowment provides a very special giving opportunity for individuals and foundations that wish to ensure the outstanding Catholic education we offer today will be available for future generations.
By supporting the Parish School Endowment Fund, an individual can give a gift "that keeps on giving" by ensuring that Catholic Education from St. Monica Parish School will be available for future generations.
A contribution to create a lasting legacy through the School Endowment Fund can be made in a variety of forms, including those outlined here:
Gifts of Cash
One of the most traditional and easy ways to give! Send a check to the Development Office, made payable to St. Monica Parish School Endowment Fund.
Stocks & Securities
These can be a mutually beneficial way for your to give appreciated securities. When you give securities, you can avoid capital gains and can claim the market value of the securities - not just the original cost of investment. Check with your securities broker about how to make this type of gift or call the School Development Office.
Life Insurance
Donating a paid-up policy or designating the St. Monica School Endowment Fund as owner and beneficiary of an existing policy are just two of the many ways life insurance can be used as a gift giving device.
Bequests
Giving through a will allows you to make a significant contribution that may not have been possible during your lifetime. Designating a specific amount or percentage of the estate as a gift to the School Endowment Fund provides a way to create a lasting tribute to St. Monica School.
Memorial & Designated Gifts
May be made to honor individuals who played an important role in your life, such as a friend, family member, past teacher, priest or nun. This is a special way to say "Thank You!"
